That is to make known and public the products and services we offer, thus providing the user with the opportunity to show his interest in them, to contact us and to request information on availability, conditions, characteristics and price of the goods and services.

STANDARD WARRANTY POLICY

All Think Digital Audio branded products are covered by the seller's legal guarantee provided for by the Consumer Code of the italian law (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005). Pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code, consumers have the right to obtain from the seller the free repair or replacement of products that present a lack of conformity or manufacture within 24 months following the date of delivery.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Our products are assembled, built and customized at the specific request of the customer and on his behalf, who chooses the fundamental components for operation, according to his preferences. Therefore, in accordance with current European and Italian legislation, Think Digital Audio products cannot be returned or exchanged

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Without prejudice to the mandatory legal provisions, Think Digital Audio ensures the regularity of the execution of these Terms of Service, but remains exempt from any and all contractual and / or non-contractual liability for direct and / or indirect damages suffered by customers and / or third parties as a result of the use of our products and services, except in the case of events attributable to Think Digital Audio due to willful misconduct.

As the limitation of liability is subject to different operating conditions in different states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Think Digital Audio is also exempt from any and all liability related to: (a) the operation of third-party software installed and used on its products, (b) to damages and malfunctions of any nature caused to the product by the user, (c) to defects that are not pre-existing at the sale or deriving from pre-existing causes at the sale.
